A new position has arisen for a person to provide administration support within the organisation.
Duties will include the opening / closing of new cases on the database system, use of spreadsheets and general admin duties to aid the smooth running of the department. A small amount of audio/copy typing will also be required. Liaising with clients to aid case workers/ solicitors in progressing cases- this is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in the legal profession.
Experience and skills:
Good standard of English and Maths
Good IT skills including use of Microsoft packages Word / Excel
Some Audio typing experience is preferable
A friendly and approachable manner with good customer service skills and able to work within a team.
Ability to work on own initiative and see jobs through to completion
