Salary: £7.60 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday-Friday 9-5

Closing Date: 12pm, Monday October 23rd, 2017


We are currently seeking a Service administrator to work at our Nottingham Regional Office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing support to visitors
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff, petty cash and people we support
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memo’s, letters, faxes and forms
• Answering telephone calls for throughout the service and dealing with enquiries
• Managing calendars
• Prepare reports and taking minutes
• The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work load
• Strong IT skills
• Previous secretary/administration experience (desirable)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sensitivity to confidential matters
• Supporting DBS Checks
