Salary: £17,399 to £20,624 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance

Hours: 36.25 per week

Closing Date: 1pm, Tuesday July 4th, 2017

Based on our award winning University Park campus this role will provide support to Commercial Business Manager, collating and analysing data, carrying out market research, obtaining quotations and assisting with drafts of tender documentation. The successful candidate will also be required to set up review meetings with suppliers disseminating collated information across the Estates Department and to external stakeholders as required and will carry out a range of general office duties including managing the electronic filing system and designing and compiling spreadsheets to manage data appropriately.

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused individual with relevant qualifications and work experience in a similar role with well-developed IT skills covering a wide range of software applications. Candidates should also have excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task are also essential for this role. Candidates will ideally be willing to work towards further qualifications in Procurement and Supply Operations.
