Salary: £9.29 per hr

Hours: 35 hours pw within Mon –Fri 9-5

 An experienced administrator is required to provide support to the organisations HR officers and assist in the provision of effective Personnel Services.

Job Description: 

Assist in the co-ordination and admin of recruitment processes inc pre-employment checks. Ensure that information and material is distributed within agreed timescales. Provide clerical support eg scanning, photocopying, shredding and mail distribution and admin support to the Head of HR as required. Maintain HR system including inputting and updating data and accurately storing personnel documentation. Respond to/ action e-mail and phone enquiries and provide information to and signpost colleagues to policies and procedures.

Experience and skills:

  • Demonstrable experience of providing good customer service
  • Demonstrable experience in a busy admin role
  • Good numeracy & literacy skills
  • Microsoft IT skills inc WORD and EXCEL
  • Understanding of working with confidential/ sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of needs of people from diverse backgrounds

Hours: 35 hours pw within Mon –Fri 9-5 framework  Salary: £9.29 per hr

THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM OPPORTUNITY
