Hours: Various 4 days on (2 days 6am – 6pm, 2 days 8am - 8pm) 4 days off or (4 nights 6pm – 6am) 4 nights off

Job Description:  

  • Support and provide superior service for incoming calls
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
  • Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
  • Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers using the most appropriate way to communicate with different behaviour types on the telephone.
  • Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
  • Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
  • Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
  • Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
  • Meets commitments to customers
  • Display Time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements

 Location: Chilwell, regular bus and tram links  
Salary: 18- 20 £5.60, 21- 24 £7.05, 25 – 29 £7.50

DBS required – 10 year checkable history required
