Salary: National Apprenticeship Wage will be paid for the first 3 months, this will then be uplifted to NMW dependant on age

Hours: 37 hours per week

Closing Date: 12am, Sunday July 23rd, 2017

Nottingham City Council is recruiting new apprentices to start work this summer.

The minimum 12 month-long contracts will be within the council’s business administration and customer service teams, including:

  • licensing, trading standards & anti-social behaviour based at the Central Police Station, Maid Marian Way
  • analysis and insight, energy services and child and adolescent mental health at Loxley House
  • trading operations at Eastcroft Depot on London Road
  • education, curriculum and enrichment at The College Street Centre – Wellington Circus

There are also roles at Nottingham Central Library and Nottingham Tennis Centre plus opportunities for plumbing and lifeguard apprenticeships.

Deadline for applications Sunday 23 July
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment day on Thursday 3rd August.
